What to expect on the call

  • You describe one process that is costing you more time than it should. That is the whole preparation.
  • We ask about volumes, exceptions and who currently catches mistakes — usually four or five questions.
  • You get a straight answer about whether a Review is worth doing, including when the answer is no.
  • If it is worth doing, a fixed fee and a date. If it is not, a note of what would have to change for it to be.

There is no form on this page, on purpose. A form here would mean loading a third-party script that sets tracking cookies on every visitor in order to serve the handful who fill it in. Email works, and it does not require us to process anything about the people who do not get in touch.

Before you send us anything

A first conversation needs no documents. Please do not send financial records, personal data about your staff or customers, or system credentials with an initial enquiry — there is no need for them at that stage, and we would rather not hold data we have no reason to hold.

If an engagement goes ahead, we will agree in writing what access is needed, what it is used for and how long it lasts, before any of it is granted. How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy.
